Ive heard of everyone doing fresh installs of xp / vista on their x61. Is there a guide or can anyone make a guide on a fresh out of box x61 with factory install guiding what processes/startup components they disable to still be fully functional? Would be great as my x61 runs with 85+ processes as of now and I've only installed itunes & avg.

Vista correct? I have 69 processes with Avast. Figure out which ThinkPad software you don't need and start disabling from there.
