I have an X200 that will not boot. When I press the power button the display stays blank (no power) so I get no indication that the BIOS is working (no splash screen etc). The HDD light does not come on either. No error beeps. It just sits there and does nothing :(

Any ideas what the problem is?

Pull the hard drive, memory, battery, optical drive and WiFi card. Plug the AC in and turn it on. If it doesn't beep, the board's dead. If it does beep, try placing them back in one at a time to see what's causing it.

That should be easy enough to replace :).
