Has anyone come up with a fix for this yet. All of my drivers are up to date. And I tried this: http://www.lvlolvlo.net/2007/02/11/office-2007-on-a-thinkpad-ultranav-support-for-scrolling-fix/
but it is only for XP
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

There was another thread on this, and he claimed it fixed it for him. It did not for me.
-
Is anyone else experiencing this or had experienced it?
-
Yeah I just checked right now and it doesn't work on my T61p. I hadn't noticed until now.

I added the following 2 lines to tp4table.dat (located in C:/Windows/System32). Make sure to insert it under the "Pass 0 rules (These rules run first)" header.
; iTunes
*,*,iTunes.exe,*,*,*,Wheelstd,0,9
If you want you can replace that section with mine.

is this in addition to adding the same lines to files listed in the synaptics folder? or was this the only change you made? thanks.
-
I get this when I try to edit any of the .dat files. My t4table.dat files are located in the folder in the pic and in the synaptics folder.

I wasn't able to find that file either. I had the same problem as hja87. Does that mean that my trackpoint drivers aren't installed...I will have to investigate more tomorrow.
Tim -
It may be because I have an X61s with only a trackpoint.
-
well regardless, I am unable to edit changes to a .dat file with notebook. is there any other way to do this?
-
In Vista Ultimate x64 I had to take ownership of the file, then add myself to the list of users while adding full edit capability to my ID. Then I edited the file, but it still did not serve to fix my itunes scrolling.
