    No Sound from X200

    i've recently used the thinkvantage system update to update the drivers on my notebook and now i have no sound. coming from speakers and headphone. :confused:

    i've also attempted to remove drivers and reinstall drivers for my x200 (installed 4.56.0.50 from their website) and still no go. i'm out of ideas.. can anyone help me?

    and i'm completely new here and just got my first lenovo

    I'm using 4.56.0.50 also and I do have sound.. and i also updated it through the lenovo update software... i'm using windows vista ultimate... what OS are you using???

    hmm turns out that restarts dont fix it. i did a shut down and power on and it fixed itself. thanks tho!
