This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Wow, no more Tablets on the US site! The outlet center is down to two, an X61T & X200T. I'm sure this is a temporary situation, like HD+ screens, but still... :mad:

    I can just imagine some product manager in China tearing his hair out while cursing the shortage of CPU's and screens. His product line is losing a LOT of revenue as customers pick other solutions that are available. Not many IT guys will respond to a request for a _____ notebook with, "If you can wait a month or so, I can get you a much better solution." It's much easier to fill the requisition with 2nd choice that's currently available. Those sales are lost out of the buying cycle for a few years.

    Very true... if an X201T w/ the outdoor screen was available, I would snap it right up. Instead, I'm considering either the HP 2740p or the Fujitsu T900...
