This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    No more X61

    It seems that Lenovo has finally removed the x61 from it's website. You only have now the x61s, x200 and x301.

    It's interesting that they still have the x300 in stock.

    That means that X200 prices will fall, and that the X200s is probably right around the corner - This makes me happy :D

    i have an x61 and its like the oly system i have ever seen that can truly be called ultraportable (NO A NETBOOK DONT COUNT)

    You can still get the x61s...and regardless I don't think it would be that hot of a commodity to rise in its value :p. Retaining it is another story :D.
