Will it work without errors? I will be finding this out today or tommorow with my Atheros 5002x card bought off ebay. Heres hoping that the Compal made computer doesn't have a restrictive whitelist (if any), and just allows anything to work that is hardware compatible.

Heh, well ****, Compal has a simlar but different whitelist. Now on to finding the specsheet to allow manufacturers to flash in bios options like whitelisted cards from Compal.

Have you tried to flash the Compal BIOS AL55 to the Lenovo C100 ? And BIOS refused to start booting process when detected non-whitelisted card ?
