When typing special characters in any document I have to press Fn+ScrLk key. After pressing Fn+ScrLK key, I press the Alt+XXXX for the special character; then, to be able to use the keyboards for regular letter, I have to press Fn+ScrLk to cut off NmLk. This process is quite frustrating. Is there anyway to have the NmLk on and be able to use the letters instead of numbers on the right side of the keyboard?

I've seen some manufacturers set it in the BIOS so that Fn+key does the letter with numlock on, and the number with numlock off, but alas, Lenovo does not do this.
I'd like this feature as well. So if anyone knows a way, please do share! -

Wow. I'm shocked that Lenovo wouldn't allow something like this. It seem like a lot of business would need and/or use a feature like this.

Do anyone know how to change the NumLk Conf?

You can maybe try a scripting program like Autohotkey. Like making Win/Alt+Key will trigger a numpad number. You probably can't bind the Fn key with Autohotkey though.

No, you can't bind Fn. Otherwise the Fn-Ctrl swap would have been much easier. Alt/Win wit those keys doesn't work for me - many of them already have some kind combinations I use.
