I recently had my T400's logic board fail and got a replacement unit. However, this unit (running a newly installed Windows 7) refuses to work with the OSD controls, for some reason. While Fn+PgUp and the volume buttons work fine (they ARE low level shortcuts after all) and display the OSD graphic correctly, Fn+F5, Fn+F8 and Fn+F2 do not. The button combinations don't do anything - they aren't launching the programs like they should.
Also, Fn+Home/End (Brightness controls) while running on integrated graphics only change the brightness. They don't display the on-screen notification. Works fine under ATI graphics, though.
I went to the Program Files/Lenovo/HOTKEY folder and for some reason, running TPFnF5.exe only shows an option to enable/disable WiFi and not BluetoothSo I can't disable BT at all.

What does OSD mean?

OSD= on screen display. Are all of your lenovo drivers updated? Try running system update. I remember having this problem when I first installed windows 7 on my machine.
