    1. I've done clean install on T61p with Vista Ultimate 64 bits. Everythng works very well except OSD (on screen display). I guess OSD is quite useful when I press Fn + Brightness or Volume. But, I've installed hot key drivers and the program said that OSD software installed as well. How can I turn on OSD?

    2. Honestly, I'm newbie on labtop (but power user on desktop, though). I hate heavy ThinkVantage software packs. But are there something very useful tool in that package? What kind of software would you recommend even on clean install?

    3. As Stallen's guide, he said that backup UltraNav Utility (other than UltranNav Driver). I couldn't see what exactly this means. Is there special utility program for UltraNav?

    4. I've installed Intel 4965 WiFi driver from homepage, and just using Vista's wireless lan set up program. I don't think that I need to install another wireless lan management program like ThinkVantage package. Am I right?

    Many thanks! :)

If you or anyone has any trouble after following my guide, please post questions in the thread of the guide and I will be happy to respond and assist. I need this feedback to make any necessary corrections to the guide.

OSD it restored by installing the hotkey driver and the system interface driver. Make sure to follow the install instructions from the lenovo downloads and drivers site for these drivers.

If you have already installed these drivers then follow the uninstall instructions, REBOOT, then install the drivers again, and REBOOT.
