    Yes, it is down for me too. Makes it difficult for us obsessive types that need to keep track of what status our order is in at all times!

    OVP is still down, so I called the toll free number. I enter my order number and it hangs up on me. I hope these folks are better at making computers than they are customer service.

    I finally spoke to someone and they said that their OVP system went down last night and wont be up until Monday. Even the phone reps can't login to it.
