    Wow. How old is that thing? Or model? That trackpoint thing is nifty. I remember seeing my friends older thinkpad which just has the trackpoint not even the curved miniature touchpad on it (if that is what it is).

    I remember thinking it then such was my knowledge of laptops how do you move the cursor. HAHA

    That probably falls into thinkpad 600 series. I have one which is still working. It's like near 10 years old now and I really like the build quality and the fact that the palmrest is metal instead of plastic my new TP T61p uses. I also have another older thinkpad which is 380z. But unfortunately it's not working anymore because i can't access into bios to change the time and date which is said to be a bug.

    Here's a really old ThinkPad 500 for sale on ThinkPads.com. It's probably from the early 90s. Notice it's running Windows 3.11 and has the mouse buttons on the front.
