I made the mistake of calling Lenovo using Skype on my desktop (tethered Headset). I have a nature call and don't know what to do! Any suggestions other then getting off the phone. I just don't want to hang up now. this is my third attempt this week. I hope some one gets on this phone soon.
    Anybody else on hold?
    What should I do People??????

LOL. Thanks for asking about the T70. Also could you ask about the T70p?

lol, yea IBM/Lenovo has always had like 3 people answering calls for years. I have been above the 60 minute mark a few times, until I found a priority line ;)

For the OP: Bluetooth headset with a mute button for the flush = Only way to go. ;)

Please tell me it's not a service call. Is Lenovo tech support bad?

No, this is probably a sales call. All tech support is almost instantly answered, with at most maybe 1-2 minute wait.

what you can do is get up a little early. I called them around 8:30am (central) which is their 9:30am, and was holding for 25 mins until I got a rep.

I tried the other time too, holding for 40 mins but still no one answer, and I hang up the phone.

Wont give my specific number, but look around for education sales, and a direct number associated with that account. You will be fed into one of the higher priority sections that I have never experienced any waiting on.
