What's my chances of reaching lenovo through phone for a credit card address confirmation ? I've called at least 6 times and no answer nor call back.. What should I do? My order is going to cancel tomorrow... if I don't get to them.

You're going to have to wait. It took me about an hour the first time I called, and the second time about 20 minutes. They are also probably extremely busy due to the recent cancellations. You're going to have to be patient. It's frustrating, I know.

No, they are toll free numbers

If you have speaker phone, I suggest you put it on speaker so you don't have to hold it and waste hours of your life.
