    Hi all,
Has anyone had experience with these two security apps on the T400?

I use NOD32. It's lightweight, stays out of the way and just works.

I've heard very good things about NOD32. If you're going to pay for Anti virus software then NOD32 or Kaspersky are the way to go. As for a firewall, go with Comodo.

I don't have a T400 but soon will have the W500... I'm running NOD32 and COMODO Firewall on my T60. Like he said above NOD32 and kaspersky, is the best one to have. IMO
