For some reason, I'm unable to find this setting in my Think Pad Power Manager. Where did it disappear to? Did it fly away when I upgraded to Windows 7?

I have the latest version of Power Manager installed.

In the Advanced mode of Power Manager, it should be categorized under System Settings on the Power Plan screen. Make sure you have the Power Manager driver installed as well. This option appears for my T500, so there's no reason it wouldn't be there for the T400.

The driver? D'oh. That must be it. I'll give it a try.

    Thanks.
