When I click the tracking number, it loads me to this broken DHL page with 500 lines of errors. Tried to manually input the number into local DHL website and that didn't work :/

My laptop appears to be stuck in Louisville, Kentucky. It's been there for nearly two days(despite what it says, I think think their date/time system is messed up), with no notice of anything. See here, and note the date, as today is 08/01:

The expected delivery date is 08/02, and IIRC, when my dad ordered an Apple laptop, it went through Anchorage, to Louisville, to Mount Hope, then it came local and was out for delivery. IT's supposed to be on my doorstep tomorrow at some point, but if they use trucks to go from Louisville to Mount Hope, thats nearly a day-long trip in and of itself, so I hope UPS site just hasn't updated yet. Otherwise, this is gonna be a long wait.

^^^ I hope your patience will pay off when you finally have your hands on a nice notebook. (I wrote initially: Brace yourself for a long wait.)

Well, it left Louisville at about 3:30. But then it left Louisville again at 4:00. Two departure scans from Louisville. Weird.

Seems like they held onto it because they knew it wasn't expected until tomorrow, and they estimated when they could move it and still be accurate.

They held mine in Louisville, KY for two days after the weekend. It got as far as KY in one day from China and took like 3 days to get to me from KY. I was like   and

I think that they time it so they make your estimated delivery date. Last night mine departed from Louisville, went to Buffalo, and Mount Hope, and it's out for delivery as we speak. I would imagine they do this to keep the important packages moving, and when something needs to go, it goes. Otherwise, it's in holding.

Can't wait to get home and get my laptop! That is, if my sister can wake up and sign for it :p
