As mentioned in another post about the wrong wireless card for my newly received x61s, I just noticed another problem: I ordered processor Core 2 Duo, but the sticker is that of Centrino VPro.  Although the property of "my computer" does say Core 2 Duo. How can I be 100% sure it's the Core 2 Duo? could Lenovo have put an unmatching sticker?

Centrino isn't a CPU. It's the name they give to their mobile platform

Centrino is the name of a standard which notebook manufacurers can only use their notebook has an Intel CPU, an Intel chipset and an Intel wireless chip.
You can have a Centrino notebook with a Pentium processor or a C2D, it doesn't matter.
    Check Vpro here
Cheers. And don't worry about stickers. ;)

You will get this if it has a Thinkpad wireless module from Broadcom and not the Intel wireless card.

Thank you. Indeed, my T61 has the Thinkpad wireless, not Intel. :) Sorry for being so ignorant, everyone.

That's hardly your fault. Intel isn't exactly the best when it comes to giving names to things, just see the names and codenames of their processors...
