Is it possible to order the x200s' LED WXGA+ LCD?
If so does anyone know the cost?

I don't think it is possible to order it. However, I do have my x200 currently at Lenovo headquartes (Morisville North Carolina) because I was dissatisfied with the screen when I attempted to play back video ( see this thread). They have told me that all of the x200 suffer this problem, but the x200s/x200t are fine. I am going to try everything I can to get the x200s LED WXGA+ put onto my x200, but I a m not sure if they will agree because 'officially' they don't fit (although I think it is technically possible).

It would probably be more practical to sell what you've got and get the one you want. Notebook LCDs are very expensive. Since it's a 12" WXGA+ screen I would guess even more so. Replacing your screen will also likely cost you warranty.
