    Hi folks

I placed an order with a x200s with Lenovo USA through a concierge service on 8 May, and till today (24 May) I have not received a confirmation of the order.

Wonder if any of you had experience waiting for weeks?

Sounds a bit strange. I bought 2 laptops from Lenovo Canada and in both cases I received a confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order. Best to give them a call.

I've also ordered an X200s through the phone April 20. I wire transferred the money the same day, and received an order confirmation April 27. My order then had the status: "In processing", until one day I could no longer view status. After contacting Lenovo, and receiving a reply May 14, I found out that the order had been silently cancelled 6 May, because of insufficient funds. Later I've found out the bank Lenovo uses, always deducts an amount of money from wire transfers. Currently I'm awaiting the recreation of my order, and further instructions. I have the impression, that once they have (some of) your money, they don't care about threating their customers well.

So good luck with your order. I sincerely hope yours will go smoother.
