    I was looking through the Lenovo Outlet section and noticed that the machines come with a 1 year depot warranty. Can that be increased? I didn't see any option for it.

    yes. there is an option for it. press 'continue' after configuring components and you will see it at the top of the screen.

    Hey Snake,

    I got a lappy with a 1 year warranty from the outlet... when it came and I ran the warranty status.. I saw I actually have 3 years. Since you have 1 year to upgrade the warranty vs 30 days for the TPP, wait till your machine comes to check out the status live.

    I believe that some machines carry more than a one-year warranty. Usually it will be specified at the bottom of the specs.
