I realised that the P51's touchpad is extremely insensitive to small movements. I've tried all settings within Windows, and within the Synaptics app. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else with the same problem?

I remember my other laptop, the Dell XPS 15 9550 was also like this when I got it 2 years ago and the only work around was a Synaptics driver hack. It was eventually resolved in Windows 10 Anniversary update when the latest Windows driver seemed to do the trick.
