    Hi,

    The P70 comes with a mandatory DVD drive which I really don't need...

    Anyone knows if they have aftermarket option to cover the tray?

    Like a dummy insert...


    I will save maybe 300g for something I don't need at all!

    Or just buy a 2.5" SATA optical bay? That way you can put another hard drive or SSD in your machine.
    It's lighter than an optical drive so it'll act like a dummy insert when you don't use the SATA port.
