    I don't know much about these, but is there a PCI Express Video Adapter Card for the T61 that can be used to upgrad from integrated graphics?

    nope, sorry but you cannot upgrade anything here.

    your card is soldered to the mainboard. and you do not have a mxm adapter for real graphics cards.

    if you need to know more, please read the stickie concerning the graphics adapter in the gaming section.
