Just an FYI for those that use RDP and or a VPN will see this more than most since your tunnels will come down and your RDP sessions will keep timing out. Under PowerManger 3.52 the default setting for the Wireless Adapter settings is Max Power Saving. Now matter what profile you are under. Even Max performance. So if your beating your head thinking this is a bad Nic card or a firewall issue or your DS3,T1,DSL,Cable, Man on the moon is having issues its actually this freaking setting. Why it doesn't change according to profile who knows but its easily fixable. Just follow these steps. In Win 7

1)Left Click the battery icon in the right hand tool bar by your clock and left click again on more power options
a)Choose your power plan of choice and then chose, Left click change plan plan settings
b)Left Click again on the Change advanced power settings
c)Scroll down to Wireless adopter settings
    d) Left Click on Power Saving mode, this brings up both your on power and on battery. If you use RDP or VPN you need to use Max performance so that the Wifi card doesn't go to sleep on its own.

Hope this helps a few that work remotely.
