New Benzel installed to fix track pad

On restart color sensor demanded re-calibration.

Error message said eccm25sensorData.dat file read error.

I can not locate file to install. The Lenovo paid support solution is a full re install.!! That is nuts, kind of like replacing a car engine because of a bad spark plug.

Anyone have a clue or work around?

I get three buzz error when try initial calibration..

    Windows 7 machine

    Thanks!

    Anyone?

Lenovo paid support was a failure and did not follow up as promised. Near as I can tell from further research is that this is a known issue and Lenovo can't or won't post the necessary software for downloading.

    Most disapointing.

Did Lenovo support mean a full reinstall of the software ( found here)? Or of Windows?

    Does that page help?
