I just ordered a X200 from a Dutch online shop, the part number is :

    7459Z7N

I noticed that this is a bit different from other x200 part numbers that I saw in that website which were like , NR3M2MH , NRS2LNI , ...

I also checked the part numbers of some x200 on Lenovo outlet They all(new or refurbished) start with 7459...!!

From all this, can I draw a conclusion that I have bought a refurbished or crappy laptop?

the website documentation is not clear on this matter but it's not a bad supplier after all.

I think the first four digits refer to the batch, the last three to the actual configuration/specs of your machine.

7459 is the machine type, 27N is the model number.   this number combination describes the specific build.   it has nothing to do with it being new, used, or refurbished.
