i have a thinkpad t400. due to numerous mistakes with this order, i have to check whether the correct parts shipped this time (it seems each time, they mess up a different part). there are several parts i would like to check, and the first is my video card. according to pc wizard 2008, my video card is "ati mobility radeon hd 3400 series". yea, i know it's 3400 series, but i want to be sure it's 3470 and not 3450 or something. how can i know this for sure?

my hard drive was supposed to be the 160 GB 7200 RPM one, not the 5400 rpm one. i can verify the capacity of the hard drive easily enough, but how can i tell what RPM it is? i already googled the model of my hard drive as given by pc wizard 2008, but it came up with no results.

pc wizard 2008 wasn't very helpful in telling me which type of ram i have (e.g. pcxxxx, ddr1/2/3, etc), so i need some definitive way of determining that they gave me the correct type of ram.

finally, how can i verify the types of cards my card reader can read? the driver that is suggested is "ricoh 4 in 1 card reader". but i ordered the 7 in 1 card reader. it would appear based on this that they gave me the wrong part.

i would greatly appreciate it if anybody could tell me how i can tell that i wasn't given the wrong parts. they have done this more than once for this order already (they gave different wrong parts each time), and i want to make sure they got it right this time. thanks!
