    your laptop take to be entered into the system?

    Mine shipped 8/16 and has not been put into the system yet.

    To see if yours has been registered into the parts lookup database, you will need your type and s/n taken from your Order Status page.

    Then take that information and paste it here.

    My laptop was shipped 8/15 according to ups tracking. I was able to view warrenty info last night, 8/16 ~9PM EST. I was able to view product list about 10AM EST this morning 8/17.

    I haven't really checked mine until today. According to the warranty status page, I got on extra month in warranty. I purchased the laptop in August 07 and the warranty will expire in September 08.

    According to the warranty page it says mine only has a three year warranty and I should have four with TPP. I will sort it out when it arrives though.

    I didn't buy any warrenty but when i check the warrenty page it says I'm covered till 8-2010, is that normal?

    Your systen probably came with a 3 year warranty standard.

    Mine took at least a week for all the info to appear on the Lenovo parts website. I had the machine in my hands well before they had updated the database.

    Mine showed up after receiving the electronic invoice email. First the page has only the serial number without any parts info, then 1-2 days later the details came out. (Although not everything in the parts list is in the box: the XP recovery disc, for example).
