Whenever I am to enter a password for some web site this dialog box kept showing up: "Do you want...to remember this password? Yes No Never" I always select "Never". Is there a way to eliminate this annoying box?

Sounds like you're using Firefox. If so, go to Tools, Options. Click the security tab and untick the "remember passwords for sites" box about half-way down.

I just took a look there, it is not checked. Perhaps this has to do with ThinkVantage?

Why don't you just disable password manager, since it seems you never use it anyway?

Instead of disabling it you could also remove support for your Internet Browser. See attached screenshot.
