    How would it fare for a college student who would use it for mozilla firefox, Open Office, Light Gaming(gunz, stepmania), Dvds, Fraps?

    Once you add another GB or two of RAM (a <$30 upgrade), you'll have a very capable machine. It will more than handle your tasks, in fact, for your games, even integrated graphics mode would provide plenty of power.

    Oh ok, i did find a good upgrade on newegg so when the time comes i'll try to get a 1 or 2gb following the thinkpad.
