    Please Help! USB DVD burner is not recongnized.

    just bought this driver, but it is not recognized by 3 computers all with USB2.0 capability.

    Yellow mark on USB Mass storage device
    and it says "this device can not start (code 10)"

    I know many of members bought USB DVD from this site, please help me identify the problem, thank you.

    I was considering this drive.

    I wonder what the problem is.

    Have you tried connected it to a different laptop or tower?

    I ran many tests on 5 different PCs, (3 desks, 2 laps), it is most likely a DOA. I filed RMA, lets see what happens.

    I bought like five of them for myself and others. I never had a problem with any of them. Probably just a bad unit.

    this drive looks like a new product (LG light scribe).

    Could you please share the models you have purchased, I might ask them to replace me with a different model. they might do that cuz these are all the same price. thx

    I just bought the cases and put drives in them. I didn't buy the whole unit.
