We know you want a IBM, but this will help us determine what to include -
Check the Tabook for detailed specs for each model.
Short answer:
The T61 is an old model and is probably not recommended.
2765t6u - Switchable graphics, WXGA+, 2.26GHz, XP, DVD+RW
7417tpu - Integrated graphics, WXGA, 2.26GHz, XP, DVD+RW
27175gu - Integrated graphics, WXGA, 2.26GHz, XP, DVD+RW
Independent of price I would recommend the 2765-T6U as it has switchable graphics (Intel x4500 & ATI 3470) and a high resolution display.
All of these models have a 2.26GHz P8400 CPU, Intel 5100 wireless (802.11ABGN) XP Pro, and a DVD burner. The R500 is a 15.4" model and therefore heavier; however, the resolution is no better. -

ProVantage is a good place to buy ThinkPad topsellers. Alternatively, you can just Google the machine type (e.g. 2765-t6u).
However, based on the current price of these topseller models it may be possible to configure a cheaper T400 if you build it to order and apply the appropriate coupon ( list). -
"do you know if any of those models have bluetooth or webcam?"
The T61 has blue tooth and a web cam option. It's true it was last years model but I wouldn't trade it for any thing new.
