Hi, I am trying to ditch my 4 year old Sony S series laptop and upgrade to the Y410P. Through IBM Friends EPP, I could get one at $869 which comes with a 24gb SSD on top of the 1TB 5400RPM hard drive. However, the graphics card in this model is the GT750M instead of the GT755M. The GT755M model without the SSD is priced at $809 after applying Barnes and Noble. Even after this trade off in VGA, do you guys think this is still an attractive deal?

First and foremost, there is only a 5% difference in performance between the 750 and 755. Secondly, since both cards are based off the same GK107 Kepler core, the 755 is litterally nothing more than an overclocked 750, so basically there is no difference between both cards. So pick whichever has the best price/SSD.
