    Hi ALL

I just got a new laptop T61 T7500 100GB windows vista home premium 32 bit.. 2 gb ram...
but yesterday when I was in transiut flying back to my home... the windows stopped responding suddenly(That time laptop was on DC) and then I did a manual shutdown .. when I restarted the Machine, It gives the following msg:
    \windows\system32\winload.exe not found
    status : 0xc000000F Error

And asked me to install the Vista CD and repair it.

Since our Great IBM/Lenovo sale guys are not providing any C.D's with LAptop .. I thought that I will get away easily by doing restore from my last backup..

but I did it twice .. first only windows files and folder .. no result then all harddisk contains etc... but it doesnt work out

Can somebody please bail me out of this situation...

What I need to do.. I have never used this Think blue button installation.. Can somebody hel;p me out .. ;(

Can you clarify what you meant by
"I thought that I will get away easily by doing restore from my last backup..but I did it twice .. first only windows files and folder .. no result then all harddisk contains etc... but it doesnt work out"

    I'm kinda confounded.

Did you make system restore disks from the hidden partition? If you did, then restore to original state. If you didn't then you might be able to restore from the hidden partition with the ThinkButton, pressed during boot screen. If not, then you will probably have to buy some restore disks from Lenovo (sorry - that really stinks). Or you could clean-install from a Vista disk, if you have one...
