I'm dealing with a virus issue and would like to restore my system to prior to the issue having begun. I can only boot up in safe mode. is it possible to access thinkvantage from safe mode?

    Thanks.

You can boot into safe mode but not ThinkVantage?

Isn't ThinkVantage separate from Windows, and starts before the Windows bootloader?
