    Power Down Problem?

    When I am trying to shut down computer it does not finish shutting down but get stuck in the blue "shutting down" or "updating" window. This has resulted in me holding the power button to forcefully shutting it down. Considering my x220t is less than 1 week old, I am a little concern...

    What do you guys think the problem is?

    That shutdown trace thing is really beyond my knowledge base lol. I think I am just going to make sure that I turn of all my applications before I shut down.

    I also have problem getting the fingerprint reader to work consistently. I have windows driver and it does not log in about 1/10 times.. any ideas?
