do you leave the power cord attached when the laptop just sits on ur desk?? even when its fully charged? or should you take it out when fully charged, use the charged battery, than plug it in when it needs charging.

    or does it not matter?

When you're at your desk, there's no need to ever unplug your laptop. If you really care about battery lifespan, you can remove the battery when plugged into AC (batteries dislike heat). That, and you can also set charging thresholds in PowerManager.

In general, the more cycles you put on a battery (the more you use it) the more of its lifespan you use up.

yea just change the thresholds on your power manager. I have mine set at 40/95. So when it reaches 95, it stops charging. This so it'll never reach 100, which hurts the life span of the battery.

I thought it's good to charge it full once in awhile to maintain its full capacity. I have mine at 85-100 as of now.
