I remember that with power manger 3.62, the design capacity of the 9 cell is something like 101,xx mWh. After I updated to 3.64 tonight, I saw the capacity number becomes 94,000mWh. Immediately after reboot finishing updating, the battery became 89% full from 93% full. That almost equals 30 minutes battery time gone!

    Anybody notices this?

Who is the manufacturer of your 9-cell? Sanyo or someone else?

I've also found that the wear on these x220 batteries is quite fast.

Turn off the maximize battery lifespan setting in the charging settings in power manager. Then your full charge capacity will report what it's supposed to.
