Hello...
After reading some posts here about managing how your battery charges up, I decided to change my power manager profile to force the battery to charge at 40% and to stop charging at 90%. Previously I noticed that having started charging after the battery level dropped to 40%, the charging stopped at 89%. I reset the values to 40% start charge and 95% stop charge. Again I noticed that the charging stops at 93%. Btw, this applies only to the x201. The Power Manager with the identical profile on the R400 works perfectly.
Can anyone please tell me why this is happening? Is this a bug in Power Manager? Is there a way for me to fix it?
Thanks

Mine does the same thing. But I don't worry about it too much since its only a couple of % off. Unknown if this is actually a glitch or not. Perhaps, my guess its just a "Guess" by the program that measures the percentage. Others will weigh in on this

OK. Thanks. Strange though that this does not happen on the R400.
