I did a recommended Thinkvantage power manager update and the battery icon is no longer there, even when I select it to be visible on the taskbar. Anyone experiencing this?

I check for updates at least 2x per month so this was a recent one.

I would suggest to try and reinstall the Lenovo ThinkVantage Power Manager.

Just try to do as follows:
go to Control Panel >> System and Security >> Lenovo's Power Controls >> Click on Show Power Manager Gauge In Task Bar >> ok

I attached pictures that help you easily to follow :)

if you cannot do this, you will have to reinstall Think-vantage again :D
