    Does anyone know how to order preconfigured models from the EPP ordering site? For example, what if I want to buy the following model/type (taken from tabook): 7664-17U ? Where can I punch this in and order it?

    It seems like you only have the option for custom-to-order machines on the EPP site. Anyone have any experience?

    I'm sorry, I should have clarified. I want to avoid calling in the order because I want to take advantage of the Fatwallet and Amex/Tailormade discounts (for online purchases only). I just wish I could find somewhere on the EPP site where I can punch in a preconfigured model.

    They used to sell preconfigured models but I'm not sure what happened to them. I find CTO cheaper than preconfigured models usually. You can still get the fatwallet/tailormade discount with CTO models.

    At ibm you can order any discounted preconfigured model on the intranet if you're a bonafide employee. It even shows the inventory level.
