So I ordered my T42 about 10 days ago (hoping that the second time is the charm!) but now I see that they've lowered the price of that model/combination by $150! Do you think there's any chance of me convincing them to refund me the price difference if I complain a little?

I know I could always send it back, but I really, really don't want to wait for it to be refunded and a new one to be shipped - I've been without a laptop for too long already.

    Any thoughts?

    Has it been shipped out?

    If not, cancel your order.

Otherwise, you'll have to send it back (paying for a restocking fee, IIRC), and order the new one.

I'd agree. Worst they can do is say no and then you can say cancel my order.
