    My price match showed up today in my account for $129. I called in Wednesday too. That was really fast!

    Update...I called a second time today (3/8), my first call being on 3/2, as I have not had my price match credited to my account yet. I was told that it had been sent out (to accounting, or purchasing, or whomever does that sort of thing), but that the reply had not come back from them yet. I was given many apologies, they asked for my phone number, and told me they would call me back within 48 hours.

    We'll see what happens. I'm keeping a record --I just want to make sure this goes through before my time is up, and hopefully before my credit card statement is mailed out.

    I called a third time on 3/13, having not received a call. Customer service was polite, but at the same time had a tone that sugggested I was being a bit bothersome, and told me that yes, they had a note to call me in the next 48 hours. They seemed almost eager to get me off the phone, and this time I didn't get any apologies for them not getting back to me.

    Heck yes, I was being bothersome (though I was polite with them at all times). They had said the same thing on the 8th, five days earlier. I didn't want the 21-day time limit to expire, and then have someone tell me I hadn't requested a price match soon enough and deny the request. I didn't want to be bothersome, of course --I just wanted the price match.

    Yesterday, just before 5PM eastern, I got the e-mail saying my price match had come through. So I'd recommend to all people who do go the price match route --be polite, but be persistent. If you don't hear from Lenovo within the first 8-10 day window they contact you, call again once a week until you get an answer. I don't think any of this is customer service's fault, by the way. I think wherever the department they pass the requests on to probably has a lot of backlog. I think repeated calls will ensure that you're eventually taken care of; you'll never drop off the radar.

    I got my price match confirmation email today.

    Took about 2 weeks to get from requesting to receiving this email today.

    It depends,
    I got the confirm email from lenovo on 19/3/08, and i got $185 creadit back from Lenovo on 25/3/08

    It took less than a week for mine to go through.

    Lenovo's return policy is horrible, but their price match is great.
