    Please give me a rough estimate of the price of
    Lenovo Thinkpad T60 1951 model.

    having extended battery (9cell )
    1.66 dual core
    integrated graphics
    14" display 1024 resolution
    40 - 60GB sata drive
    512MB DDR2 Ram
    Dua layer DVD writer
    3years warranty.

    You might be better off buying a lower end T60, and adding the larger battery and DVD burner later. The DVD burner and larger battery tend to come on higher end machines. It is an expensive upgrade on Lenovo's site. Even if you were to get it off ebay it is still probably going to be at least $200 for the drive.

    Im getting the laptop through leasing from a local bank so 200 or $300 won't make much difference.
