Why so called professional ThinkPad notebooks have useless 16:9 screen while so called consumer Apple notebooks can still retain the much more useful 16:10 screen ratios?

And don't say that such high PPI (pixels per inch) which is often offered nowadays it cool; it just make reading web pages with default setting unreadable. Apple with their MacBooks and Pros just has the ideal PPIs for web reading (Not their high PPI Airs, though). The problem is that Apple just don't offer TrackPoints.

Why is 16:9 useless? Its a personal opinion. Also, if the higher PPI makes it unreadable for you, theres always something called zoom. Stop needlessly bashing things. I personally prefer the finer DPI screens as you can always zoom in if it is too small. With a lower DPI screen, you can't always zoom out properly without blur..
