    I'm using windows 7.

Recently, I did something stupid and enabled the ati graphics card in device manager while my integrated card was enabled.

Now when I reboot the machine, it always uses the discrete graphics, but on the login screen, it's all blank, although I'm able to type in my password. It logs into my desktop, but only shows my wallpaper and mouse icon. It's using the intel graphics card while the discrete graphics card is enabled.

I have to only enable integrated graphics in order to use windows properly now.

    Any ideas?

Having trouble understanding what works right now.
Assuming integrated graphics works right now, I would log into that, install either the switchable driver on the lenovo website or the ati driver from ati website, depending if your os supports switchable graphics.
Logically, it seems that your only option is to boot into the one that works, and while in it download the driver for the one that doesn't.
Haven't tried this in windows but a similar procedure works for me in ubuntu.
