I've tried two #s so far, 1-866-45THINK and 1-866-96-THINK. Nothing happens. It just rings and rings until an automated voice tells me the suscruber I'm trying to contact is not answering.
    Anyone else having this problem?
Could it be that they're not answering my call because i'm calling from outside North AMERICA (Caribbean)?

Just called 1-866-96-THINK, everything seems to be normal. I am calling from within the U.S.

Isn't there a country/region specific Lenovo phone number for your country/region?

You can give Skype a try, or anyone of those VOIP sites. The receiving end usually cannot tell the origin of the call if the call is routed through the internet.
