    Hi all!

May be my problem is very simple but I really don’t know what to solve it. I ordered t61p in labour day and in friday received next letter (I cleared order num and etc):

    Dear Lenovo Customer,

We were unable to verify your ship-to information with the bank for your order number ****** as there is no bank phone number.
For security purposes, we require that you call your bank and have your shipping address added to your credit card file.
Please contact us at 1-800-426-3325, passcode ***, with the *** phone number on the back of your card for verification purposes.
If no response is received within 5 business days upon receiving this email, your order runs the risk of cancellation.

We appreciate your business and your prompt attention to this request.

    Thank you,

    Credit Card Services
    Lenovo (United States) Inc.

I’m from Russia, just arrived to usa and that was my first order of hardware from internet by credit card….
I called to mentioned num. several times but system just proposed to me to say my ph.number and they will recall asap. I don’t have cellular and called from skype so I don’t ph.number to have call-in :(.

Now I’m really in confusion and don’t know that to do…

Well you need to update from your credit card profile first. You need to add your current shipping address into your creditcard profile. Then try to call that number in the email (but normally it won't be able to pick up your call, I tried numerous time, no success tho), if not, call the normall customer service number and search for help and ask them to reprocess your order.

The change needs to be made with your credit card provider NOT lenovo. You need to call who ever supplies your credit card and tell them you need to add an address to your credit card. Lenovo will not ship to an address that is no connected to your credit card. Once you make add the address to your credit card, WITH your credit card company, then call the number Lenovo gave you and tell them it is done.

Soo... i called to bank and changed my live address successfully :). Fine, but new problem arose. Yesterday I called to Lenovo credit card service twice and as in covering message described said to their voice mail my name, order number and my cell number, but nobody called to me :(. So I have just two days more before my order will be cancelled but I’m not sure todays and tomorrows attempts will be successful :(.

May be there is another way to connect with them?

Call the customer service number directly: 1-866-86-THINK. And speak to a customer service person about your situation. Ask them to contact the Credit card department directly. The Credit card department is not accepting call at all. I tried for 3 days and I need to go through the same way I just said to make it work.

I am sorry, the customer number should be 1-866-96-THINK (84465)
