    Problems Accessing Wireless Network

    Has anyone experienced problem with accessing Wireless Network with their Thinkpad. My T60 is the only notebook in the house that does not recongized my wireless network (Router) anymore.

    I have delete the Thinkadvantage Access!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    any chance the router has MAC filtering on?

    A temporary solution is right-clicking on the connections icon in the lower left corner and clicking "Repair." It renews the IP address and this frequently helped my Thinkpad connect when I had the same problem.

    Resolve the problem which sometimes occurs.

    WZC (Wireless Zero Connection) via
    Run: services.msc


    Method 9: Verify Windows wireless zero configuration
    If your notebook cannot make a connection to a wireless network, verify Windows wireless zero configuration. Use the following steps to verify Windows wireless zero configuration.
    Click Start .
    Click Run .
    Type " services.msc " without the quotes.
    Locate Wireless Zero Configuration.
    Right click Wireless Zero Configuration .
    Select Properties .
    Under Startup type: select Automatic in not selected.
    Under Service status: click Start .
    Click OK .
    Close Services.
